Dodge getting too much gas
Hi, all this should be an easy question to answer. Ive got a 1979 dodge aspen 318 4 barrel with electronic ignition. The problem is the engine keeps fouling plugs. It has new plugs, high performance plug wires and a rebuilt carter carb, (can't remember the model number). The mixture screws are set at 1 1/2 turns out. Would appreciate some help thanks.
