gears?
i see a lot of tuff older cars ( in Australia ) at the track launch real hard then they don't go much faster after 1/2 track , only to get run down top end . iam sure its because of to high a gear. iam pondering this very same question for the diff i am building . i am thinking 3.7 3.9 4.1 max maybe as small as 3,5 for a good miles per hour . then true trac or Detroit locker because its still a street car sort of .
