I fixed the problem with the floats, just needed adjusted, and yes the fuel pump is a performance fuel pump that is a manual, could too much fuel pressure be messing up the carb? Also the fuel filter doesn't fill up like any of my other vehicles do. Don't know if that's a problem or not just wondering.
