Its hard to tell, that intake looks like it might be tall, hard to tell from the picture of it by itself.

There are so many factors in this process, and things you can do to make it all fit. The mounts play a part in this, if a spacer is required to have the carb fit on the intake, or a spacer for the air cleaner to fit on the carb.

If I were you I would set the engine in like it would be installed and see how much room you got. The instructions for the past job I just did said to set up different height pillars of clay, so that when you shut the hood you can measure the clearance from the tallest pillar undisturbed, and have the amount you can work with.
