Ive not seen what youre talking about, but im sure that they HAVE to exist.

for the demon, I am thinking about putting the radio face in the radio spot, but instead of radio controls, they will control accessories such as the fuel pump and fans.

We will want a stereo in the car, but I am thinking about mounting it under the dash or in the glove box.
