i am not 100% certain, but i believe that the cross member of a slant six car is different...as is the rest of the front suspension to accomodate the added weight. ive never seen a slant 6 runner, though.

as for the pros and cons of the 413 vs the 440. aside from the basic "pro" of the bigger engine, the 440 is a much more commonly modified engine, so parts are more common. Many of the parts, such as the manifolds, headers, heads, etc are interchangable between all of the B/RB blocks. however, some things, like performance pistons for a 413, arent even listed by the major performance manufacturers, like keith black, but everyone who makes mopar stuff, makes pistons for a 440. and when you do find the performance stuff for the 413, they may cost a bit more since they are less common.
