No doubt prisoners of war/ missing in action is a good cause. Please understand this is not intended to badmouth anyone, but lets hope the cause is not being exploited to help somebody simply win a car. The link provided goes to a specific entry in a design contest where there are two ways of winning a 2009 Challenger R/T. The entry with the most ratings overall wins a car regardless of the design. A second car is awarded to the best design picked out of the top 1000 rated entries, so gaining ratings helps here too. The actual “best” design may not even be in the running if it is not rated enough. There is no indication the winning design will be produced even as a one off, according to the contest rules, the winners get a black car. The only way I can see rating this entry helps with the prisoners of war/ missing in action cause would be the publicity the winning design will get, and the entrant would get a car. I know this, as the reason I am on this site in the first place was to see if there was a way to solicit votes for my two entries in the same contest. I simply want a shot at winning the car (fat chance) and people to see my designs. This is where I intended to insert the URL for my entries, but after my rant, it doesn’t seem right.

If you would like to enter and design one (or 30, you can enter one a day), here is the URL for that.

Don’t get me wrong, I like the pow/mia entry in the contest and I wish the entrant luck. The pleas for ratings just seem a little misleading as if it where going to a cause.
