1965 plymouth fury lll new project!!

Help me out guys....I recently picked up a pretty rough 65 furylll 2dr ht 318 3spd. I want to bring it back to life. I got the motor to run with gas can under hood( im sure gas in tank is very old) new filter and a tune up. Sounds pretty good actually. Exhaust is wasted, windshield has crack, drivers inner and outer tie rod and sleeve are missing. I purchased new ones but the sleeve looks short...guys says its correct but I doubt it.. the pass side tie rod sleeve is twice as big...go figure. Back brakes are locked and the drums are really on. Any ideas how to get them off?? body dont look bad some surface rust here and there, frame looks solid trunk pan has some rust through. What are the correct rim sizes??? this thing has 14s in the front and 15s in the rear with bolognas all around...need some used cragers with good used tires mounted:) Its a 3 on the tree...can this be converted to floor shift?? I dont see any shifters aval for this application... ANY HELP WILL BE MOST APPRICIATED!!!!AND GOD BLESS US ALL>>>>:cool::D:confused::confused:

can you back off the brakes from the spoon hole? some time if you hit the axle end its self you can "walk" the drums off. rim size is 15", as far as floor shifters go. us C body ppl make due with B body parts. alot of parts from a belvedere will work

if you can get someone to help have them pry against the backing plate and the drum with a large screwdriver type pry bar. working it side to side as you tap on the axle.

pulled the drums off finally. some broken springs in there, Pulled out everything and threw the drums back on so the wheels will roll. Need to find a decent combo hardware kit that includes the manuel adjusters and all the hardware.I assume these are 11"shoes?? Are they correct?? I dont think the master cylinder is doing anything either. THANKS FOR ALL YER HELP GUYS!!

11" was heavy duty. single bail masters are hit and miss at best. upgrade to duel bail master. every once in a wile my single will just not work. and it usually failed at high speeds or heavy traffic lucky my e brake still worked and slowed the car down enough. autozone 13 bucks for the hardware,.... well last time i bought it.
