Billet alternator pulley

Need advice on installing new billet pulley on alternator without damage. The old pulley came off fine. Some say heat up the pulley, use a press, c clamp. Any thoughts?

Assuming there's a nut/washer holding it down, just tighten it up with threadlocker blue and should be good to go.

On mine the center of the pulley shaft was threaded. I ran a tap through it to clean up the threads and used a couple of different length bolts to pull the pulpy onto the shaft.

Press it off and then press back on.. If you have trouble, Take it to your local rebuilder... Just my 2 cent...
