Angry saftey switch need help

i just freshened up my engine and tranny in my 66 monaco put it back in last night and it wont turn over, but i cant find the neutral saftey switch wire..... does anyone know where i can track this thing down?????

It should be a wire that runs from the lower front terminal of your starter relay to the neutral safety switch on your tranny. I'm not sure on a 66, but somewhere along the way, it may turn into a 3 wire bundle so that it operates your reverse lights as well. Seems on the earlier cars that it was only one wire tho, and most of the time, brown.

on a 66 it should be a single wire.

hey thanx alot i found a wireing diagram and got it going. im going to be rewiring the car pretty soon.
