'78 Plymouth Volare Custom

Sadly Have had to park my custom plymouth, She has about 58,xxx Original miles on her. Not sure what is wrong, Doesn't want to run strong, Not sure if it is just simple Vaccum leak, or something more serious... Haven't found many informative articles about a problem like this. Any ideas? Otherwise I may be pulling and attempting to convert it over to a New gen Hemi, or 3.5L v6 Haven't decided... Would prefer to fix the old Slant 6 since they never die, Just can't figure this ones kinks out.
