87 W150 Engine swap?

I am picking up a 383 from a 71 sattelite sebring and am looking to swap out my 318 from my truck. Is there going to be a problem bolting up the 383? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It wont. 727's either have LA engine bellhoiusings or B/RB bellhousings.

Is it a normal 1/2 ton truck? If so get the tranny with the motor or search around to find one. It should make the truck get up and scramble

Also with the Schumacher kit for the big-block you must have the smaller style brake booster. Either that or convert to manual brakes.
