Help me swap my 08 ram 1500 from a 4.7 to Hemi 5.7!
 

So I have a good running 2008 Ram 1500 4.7 V8 2wd and I am ready to start purchasing all the necessary parts and components to upgrade to the 5.7 Hemi. I have 210,000 miles right now but it still runs amazing and never over heats (I keep up on maintenance very well) however, thing has no Go-nads and Im ready for more power.
Ill be looking to start buying things little by little so by the time I'm ready to do the swap or my 4.7 starts to get poopy, I have everything I need and just need to remove all the crap from the 4.7 set up to the 5.7 necessities. From what I have read, its pretty much plug and play but Im having a hard time finding the specifics for the swap so my questions are.....
1.) What all will I need to replaced to make this run good? (I want reliable power, not just the cheapest way)
2.) What purchases would you start with first and the sequence you would order them in
3.) Any tips or experience with this swap?

The best way I think after doing swaps for many moons.... Buy a crashed total... Should have most of the parts you need to swap everything over... Thats the best way I have found. Keep us posted... :)

I'd look for a wrecked vehicle that's been hit in the back end but the front end is still in good condition that way you have everything you need.
