Low coolant

I own a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab it has 18000 miles the coolant is red and was wanting to no what to buy to add to it is a little low in the overflow tank Thanks Joe

Water wont hert it..Or use distilled water...

Yeah just top off with a little distilled water. Although almost any 100,000 mile antifreeze will do as long as it's not Dexcool I believe.

DONT PUT WATER IN IT...It is to cold around here to add water unless it is only a cup low..Your advice is coming from warm weather guys South and West...Ohio is Cold....Mopar 150,000 mile antifreeze is orange or yellow...If you use Global antifreeze it is compatible with all antifreeze...If you check the label it will tell you...Dex cool is bad and they have a ton of problems with it so stay away from it...In fact if I had a GM car with it I would flush it out and put something else in as we did in the dealership..Bill

I have been using a premixed 50/50 antifreeze so I don't have to worry about the quality (minerals and iron) in my well water. Yea those California boys don't know what happens to water when it gets down to 15 below zero.

Top it off with anything but dexcool. I usually convert mine over to the old green stuff.
