newb checking in
Hi my name is Andrew and I was just checking in to say hello and see if any one knew how I could go about finding the owner of a car I found in a field. Nobody seems to know the owner of the car or field. I did get the person's name who pays taxes on the field but I cant find her. I have the vin to the car is there a way I can trace it to find the registered owner?
