Im asuming this number came of the oil pan rail. If so, then the 0 is for the 70 model year. and the A represents the lynch road ass. plant. which is where the b-bodies were built, road runners, super bees.the 13 in the vin tell me that it was a very early built car, the vin #`s started at 100000 and go 100001 ,2,3, and so on. so the car was built prolly in the oct.-nov. window of 1969. the model year ran from late aug. to late aug.of each year. with out the first 2 letters of the niv I cant tell you which model it was, unless you can read them. If they go like this RM---0A13 then it was a runner motor, if it was RP ---0A13, then it was a GTX, WM---was a super bee, and WP--- was an coronet r/t. I hope that this helps, so no its not an e-body motor. I at least can verify that.

Only the last 8 of the VIN are on the motor or trans, so the above info is about all you are going to get unless you find the car with those 8 in the VIN.
