You should be more specific on your question with some info.

But to answer, yes, you can just buy the BOV. Check Ebay and craigslist, I'm sure you'll be bound to find ether a new or slightly used one.

ok cool.. what does the kit do just make it sound better?? which model hks is the best quality and would sound the best?
