dual quads
I have aquired an early 60's in line dual quad with carter compitition 500 cfm's It is going on a 1970 newport conv. engine is fresh, ported heads I need to choose a cam and my main question is should i trim the four individual holes to match the oval spacer leaving an un-obstructed flow or buy an after market alum manifold.? I do enjoy the nostalgia of the factory manifold, and my objective is a strong runner on the freeway!. any feed back? Rando
