1971 Duster Sub frame removal. Need help.

I am getting ready to attempt to swap the entire sub-frame off my 1974 Dart sport to my 1971 Duster. I want to take everything from the K-member to the running gear(brakes, spindles, etc). Im told I can remove everything as one unit for an easier swap. Does anyone here have the knowledge to tell me how this is done, and what to look out for. Im going from the 1971 duster /6 biscuit type K-member and drum brakes, to a Spool type K-member and disc brake setup, and want to do the job in one fell swoop. This is the first time Ive done anything like this, and I want to get it right from the start. So, if maybe youve done this (and im sure plenty of you have), please give me some detailed instructions, or point me to any articles that explain the process and what to look out for. PM me if you can help, or just post back here, and ill PM you if thats ok . Thanks in advance.
