727 transmission rebuild

If i were on this forum when i started the teardown, I would have pictures of everything, however im pretty sure what i did before becoming part of the forum people can figure out.

the project:

rebuild a 727 interceptor transmission.

materials so far:
rebuild kit $69.99 from autozone

tools:
set of standard sockets and wrenches
slide hammer

time:
remove transmission: 2 hrs
tear down: 4 hrs so far

Tranny rebuild...

What's going on? Do you have you're intire rebuild documented? Would you be interested in putting together a comprehensive how to article for a future issue of Full Throttle Hot Rod Magazine? We're always looking for submissions like that.

hmm i would be, but I had to get a drum turned, and the shop that did that said he would assemble it for free for me if i brought him the parts. otherwise I would. If the magazine paid for the parts then I would gladly write an article :P
