exhaust flanges needed
I have a set of shorty headers. At the collector it's 3 1/2". Saldy it's a 2 bolt flange.
![]() Anyone know where I can get some flanges for it or know of a way to convert it to 3 bolt? All I can find in 2 bolt is 3 inch and in overall size doesn't fit. 7 inch cross. |

Don't these fit right up to your factory head pipes?

You might laugh at me when you hear this.
The headers are made for the Dodge Charger and Magnum V6 3.5L. I'm using these on a Dodge Intrepid that uses the same V6 3.5L. Thing is the exhaust systems are different so I have to fab two down pipes and add on two universal catalytic converters. The only thing stopping me is the flanges. The intrepid uses clamps while the charger and magnum uses bolt-on. |

I don't know. Have you contacted the header company?
Also, you might try contacting performance and muffler shops and see if someone pulled out a pair of stock exhaust, maybe you can get some head pipe stubs. Other than that, you might have to cut off what's there and "start over" If you can't weld, a good muffler shop should be able to install more common flanges--header type. |
