Anyone out there done these? Especially the ones on the passenger side where the frame is in the way of you getting straight onto them.

All of mine have corroded and needed to be replaced. Well two of them (driver's side) have sealed up. the two on the passenger side are still leaking and they are new!

I cleaned out all the cr@p, the holes, dried everything, and used RTV even. I have been dealing with this problem now for the last few weeks (started fixing them last weekend).

Heather has found out that I am not the only one with this problem and that many other Dodge Dakota owners are running into this same problem all across the country. Turns out the material that they used corrode very fast with the coolant/water mixture. Why not use brass then? And here I thought that engineers were suppose to be smart.

Engineers ARE smart. But the accountants have the last word. If you ask an accountant whether the glass is half full, or half empty, the accountant will say that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be!
