leaky oil filter

Hi just spotted a leak coming from my oil filter mount. It's a right angle mount, so i removed the mount, cleaned it all up, and got the new gaskets in. I was just wondering if the hollow bolt that holds it all together onto the block has a specific torque. Don't wanna break the bolt tightening it all up, and don't wanna deal with another leak. any ideas?
It's a standard 70 318.

Snug is good.

right on thanks. Got it all on and just noticed a very small leak from where the plate meets the block. Drove it around for about an hour. It's not a large leak, not enough to create a drip but it's noticeably wet with oil. the bolt is snug. After everything was back together i realized that the engine gasket kit i bought included 2 seals exactly the same for between the plate and the block. Is there suppose to be 2 seals between the plate and block?

I wouldnt think so, but I maybe wrong... IF/WHEN ya try to dry it up, try a real thin coat of sealer... IE: Permatex etc.. ( use permatex #2 if you use that brand )

is this an aluminium mount there is only one gasket between the block and the plate make sure the plate is a heavy snug i chek the plateto see if it has a slight warp to it with a straight edge
some time the gaskets are different thicknesses make sure you didnt tear your nut gasket a little rtv on that will help it tighten down

The bolt needs to be tight Don't have book in front of me, I would torque it to 60 ft lbs. Permatex is good !
