sound and heat barriers

getting ready to select heat/sound barriers or matting or spray on for my 70 RR

Welcome to the site Pete..... Sure get hot out in that desert !!!! I was over in Cal-City this part week and it was 114*.... Fewwwwwww

My take is most of those are all about the same.. Just only go as thick as you think you need. Roof a little thinner than you would do the floor and inner doors.

Keep us posted.... Post up some picture of how it looks when you get time... Good luck and welcome again.....

I used Frost King duct insulation. It comes in rolls 12" x 15' self stick foam with foil. Took two rolls to do my D100 floor. Truck is as quite as a new one, and it stopped the engine heat from baking me in the cab. About $18.00 per roll at Home Depot or Lowes.
