'66 column shift...
 

My '66 valiant 100, really has a growl in first gear, plus, its kinda hard to shift outta first to second.
I have another tranny I was gonna put in, but it has a flange on the tailshaft, instead of a spline like the one in the car. Can I just swap the mainshafts on these two? Fitment?
