71 barracuda worth the price?

i know where a 71 barracuda is for $6500 and im trying to see if its a good deal. It is a pretty solid car, with the only real rust issues around the front and rear windshields. Frames are good, but it will need the floor and trunk pans replaced. It is a complete car besides the bumper and grill. I dont believe it has ever been wrecked or bondoed up. It is a 318 bench seat car(still there)that is an auto on the column, and i believe that to be there as well but I would probably drop my 383 into it if I can. I think it was originally yellow but am not 100 percent sure as it looks to be the original paint and its yellow.... They have the title and would knock off some of the price if I can find them a 440 hp exaust manifold(which i can get from my friend) but i also dont know how much those are worth, so if you all could tell me that too I would appreciate it. I am happy to hear any and all imput on this car from you, and i want to thank you in advance for your help. I can try to answer any question you have, but dont know how much more I can tell you.

THANKS ALOT!!!

pictures would help a lot

but I would say based on your description it would be a fair price. just b/c im cheap like that I would try and talk the guy down to 5k or less if possible, but 6500 is pretty good for a cuda. even if it is a 318 bench car. Check Ebay for some prices on them. That should give you an idea of what they are worth.

to be completley honest a barracuda in that shape 6500 is pushing it as long as the motor trans and interior are there and the body is solid like the other person said i would try bargaining with the person the front end of a barracuda is not a cheap thing to replace and floor place also can get expensive depending on how you plan on replacing them i guess the most important part is the hood they are not cheap either i have had two barracuda in my life and never got to finish either one due to high costs benchs seats are a low part of the car replace them with buckets resale and worth is so much higher i hope this helps
