Any Ideas for Wheels
I have a 1970 Coronet 500 that I bought back in Aug. that the owner had just put brand new superwide racing style mags and tires. Thats not really my style even though they are mint im more of a restomod guy some im looking to unload these wheels and tires. Does anyone have any good suggestions on some wheels that might look good on my ride with low profile tires. Im thinking something around 18's. Ive searched the net but just wanted some ideas. Although i like the Torque Thrusts im really tired of seeing them on every car some i looking for something a little different.

actually i saw one around here somewhere with the summit star aluminum wheels that looked quite nice. they only go up to 17's though

If your wanting a retro look in 18" plus wheel vintiques makes the 70 rallye style or the magnum wheel in a souped up version that I think actually accents a mopar, if its all dressed out. low profile, injection, new stylee hemi motor, and air sus.

Check out Apollo's wheels, he's running the Cragar D windows. The thread is 72 Charger engine swap.

I had a 70 Coronet 440, that I put 15X7 cop car wheels on, I had the rear ones widened to 15X10, painted the same color as the "Rallye" style wheels, with 1971 dark argent centers. It looked wicked bad !

I agree hyper, steel wheels body color and poverty caps are the only way to go on a 68-70 body.

Im new to Mopars so what would the steel wheels in body color look like? Where could i see an example of what ur talking about? Ive always been a mustang guy and this is my first mopar.
