Movie: "Seeking a friend for the end of the world"

Have you seen it?
It is from 2012 and stars Steve Carell and Keira Knightley. The plot centers around an asteroid that is set to crash into the planet, effectively ending life as we know it. Steve and Keira are strangers that cross paths.
I just caught it a half hour into progress. It is a strange topic to base a movie, very somber to even think about.
Can you imagine a scenario where you KNOW the end is coming? What the heck do you do with yourself?
