3" of snow here in upstate NY with a big storm brewing on the coast for tomorrow. The weather people are being closed lipped on amounts.. Then tomorrow, they will all brag about how right they were.. I for one am not ready for this physically. I have grown to not like the cold anymore.. And my body hates it ever since my cervical spine surgery....Bill

Moe... I was at Pomona Wednesday (Thats Move in day) Rubbed elbows and and had a few beers with some old friends. lots of folks would like me to go hang out, But I'm not a big show dude anymore. About 15 years ago I got into Nostalgia Drag Racing, like "March Meet" "California Hot Rod Reunion" "Antique Nationals" and thing of that nature. It's little more up my alley.
I do a big show every now and again, but it's kind of rare. Sit out on the big end telling lies with all my old Racing Buddys and all the others who are knocked out of competition for the rest of the weekend.
See I sold all My race stuff about ohhhhhh 8 or 10 years ago now. My wife got i'll and has needed me home, She felt I loved cars more than her. "She rite" ( Dam Woman had me pegged) But in my carrying, I need her more than racing.
I use to tell myself that I was going to miss out on something at the track. But as I figured out. It will all be their when I and if I get back to it....
My job is enough to keep me bisy, I still work on Junk. I still have projects. But I'm just home more to Help with Momma and spend time with my Grand-kids and kids when there around.... It's a tough pill to swallow. But I'm a lowsy spectator !!!!!

That white stuff is very beautiful, Love the fluffy powder and brisk air... But I cant be in it for more that a day or so and the walls start moving around me..... Got to have the warmer stuff for me. I might go back Home to Tennessee after I retire. But will see how I feel when I get to that point.... But for now.. I'll Cruise it here in SO-CAL.... Feel Better Brother from another mother!!!!!!......

The snow that they got just west of here in Buffalo is just down right amazing and feel very sorry for them with rain and 60* temp coming this weekend.. What the hell do you do with 50-70 in. of snow when it comes in just a few days????? The pictures were crazy... We got 4 in. here but the sun melted it for the most part it stayed in the shady areas...Bill
