Timing Mark Pointer '72 340

Well to the parts house I went and bought a new timing light only to get under the truck to find the timing pointer is missing. There is a bracket coming off the the engine block but the pointer is missing and seems there should be some kind of a scale there too.

First thought is to head to the junk yard but I am wondering if this a standardized part or specific to each engine. Do I need to find another 340?

Thank you.

Thank you.
I stopped at two Junk yards today, one a very large place only has cars back to the late 80's, the guy looks at me like I was nutz wanting something for a 72 Dodge, loosers!

I had good luck with Year One around 15 years ago, I think I will try them
