1966 Belvedere Miami Police cop car clone
 

318 poly, 727 trans., P.S., A/C. The car belongs to the Miami Police Vets Organization. We found a pretty good unmolested old car, had it painted and lettered and I installed the emergency equipment, Federal siren/P/A unit and a period correct Motorola radio. We bought a set of 5th avenue wheels and a friend donated the dog dish -- cop hubcaps. We take it to our "get togethers" and an occasional car show. Pretty nice driving old car. We drive it on the road with magnetic covers for the "POLICE" logo and a cloth cover for the overhead light.

My dad used one a 1966 Belvey 1 for a police car back in 66-pretty basic 318 stripper but a decent performer.
...not his fastest but mid-range.
