just a quick update, due to a very heavy winter work on the car became a stand still, however today the car was finally removed out the garage on a flat deck truck ,
the next day work began to see if the engine will run, timing was out 10 degrees, but other than that by passed the main fuel by using a boat tank & hey presto the engine roared into life after sitting more than 20 yrs,, the main fuel was removed to be sand blasted & cleaned inside , all 4 wheels removed , freed & greased, so the car is able to roll on it own accord, just awaiting on fuel tank to returned & then go from there,
I,ve added new pictures & will try to upload a small videi of the engine running at a later date

Just to give a quick update, having know been fully driving the Chrysler New Yorker with no issues:
i was approached by a Vancouver filming company asking if I,d consider loaning them my car from dec 6th till mid April for a tv series called blue book based on a 1950 sci-fi for a 10 episodes series, well of course I smiled & delivered the car personally, lol
they also want to use my 1948 ford F168 3/4 ton pickup in the same series,
all I need know is for me to asked to film ,lol
