I have a line on a 74 charger that appears to be pretty solid. I have never owned a mopar before and was thinking about buying this, fixing it up and selling it. According to the vin (WL21G4G...) its not a very high optioned car. It has an automatic with the bench seat, the red paint is oxidized but should buff out. I tried to start it but the battery was dead. I wanted to pop the hood so I could jump it but saw no release under the front bumper or under the driver's side dash. Is there another location I should be looking? Assuming that the original 318 2bl is still in there and everything works ok what is the average price I can expect to get out of a base charger like this?
