Ballast Resistor?
I have 1974 Plymouth Duster and have some qu. about the alternator and coil ballast resistors. Are all bal. res. the same? How does one wire them? I am wiring under the hood of my car from scratch. My cars wiring diogram shows a 2 pin bal. res. But all the parts stores show a 4 pin resistor. Whats the deal. Do not want to fry my new internally regulated Alternator. Please Help!

the 2 pin resistor is for point ignitions and the 4 pin is for electronic ignition.
