The driver side should curve up and sweep across the other ports then it turns down and exits [kinda on an angle] near the rear cylinder. The pass side does almost the same thing but exits a bit farther forward.
Well, I actually don't have them on hand so can't tell exactly how they dump out, but I belive they are similar to what you described. Unfortunately I don't have an engine in the car to check the fit. I'm guessing they will probably work, but an just looking for some confirmation.
