Disc brakes for 71 Dodge PU
I have a 1971 Dodge 1/2 ton PU that I'm dropping a 383/727 in, and I'm wondering if anyone out there knows if there's a front disc brake setup that I can bolt on from a passenger car, or later model PU. The truck does have the I-beam axle, so this may not make this an easy swap.
Any information would be very helpful. |

Best bet is go to you locate junk yard and look at 1971 thru 1985 dodge full size vans. I pulled some off of a 1981 dodge full sized van and installed them on my 1971 dodge truck. You will have to take everything to include the spindle and all. You truck spindles are smaller in diameter than the vans but everything else is the same.
