well someone wrote Mopar on the back end of it, doesn't really mean anything though. Any numbers on it?

In that first pic, unless it is upside down, the starter is on the wrong side to be an LA, B, or RB engine. Aren't Ford starters on the right side as opposed to the left, like Mopar and Chevy?

Some chevys are on the right side.

After a second look, looks like it'll fit a sb and bb for some make.

I did some more digging through the mountain of gearhead stuff that is my house, it's a scatter shield and like chlngr1970 said, I too think it may be a lakewood product. When I first looked at it, it looked like one off a Continental forklift engine.
