NEW ENGINE WILL NOT START

HAVE NEW 360 IN CAR EDLEBROCK HEADS MSD PRO BILLET DIST AND MSD 6AL IGNTION ENGINE TURNS OVER FINE HAS SPARK AND I HAVE ELECTRIC FUEL PUMP AND WHEN THROTTLE DEPRESED CAN SEE FUEL SQUERTING OUT..ENGINE WILL NOT START CHECK FIRING ORDER AND TRIED TDC ENGINE MULTIPLE TIMES. JUST TURNS OVER AND SPITS UP THREW CARB HAVE DOUBLE ROLLER TIMING SET WITH ADJUSTABLE CAM GEAR HAS 3 KEY WAYS ONE FOR ADVANCE ONE FOR RETARD AND ONE FOR STRAIGH UP HAVE IT ON STRAIGHT UP ANY SUGGESTIONS BEETING MY HEAD AGAINS WALL NEED HELP VERY FRUSTRATING ANYTHING HELPS!!! PLEASE

Try some starting-fluid ... works for me !!

take the #1 plug out and confirm that the distributor is not 180 degrees off. you should have compression when the rotor is near the #1 wire on the cap.

tried that still nothing.... think i have some valve adjustment issues. going to give everything another once over and get the valvles re adjusted

You tried some starting fluid ? .. that will fire under all conditions UNLESS as mentioned your distrib is 180 off.
