Problem With Charging System
 

Ground up restored 68 Charger 440. Motor rebuilt. Problem is in the charging system. When car is first started, the voltmeter reads "0". Car runs like crap because it has electronic ignition. When the car is running, if you pull the Positive Cable, the voltmeter jumps to 14 and then when I replace the battery cable, it continues charging.
