Running lights not working 72 Duster

I have a 1972 Duster 318 and never had a problem with the wiring or lights in general. All of sudden one night when I turned my lights on, none of my running lights were on. My headlights, turn signals, and brake lights work but my running lights and tail lights are not working. I'm not sure if this could be a relay switch or even just my knob I turn my lights on with has a short. Has anyone else had this problem or know what else I could look into to fix it? I've never dealt with the electrical system so I don't know much about it. Thanks for any help.

well, you may or may not know this, everything is in and behind the dash, my experience is Dusters are good for blowing the relays and stuff behind the dash...it may be the light knob and sensitivity, or it could be one of the other peices, i'll look in my Hanes manual later tonight and see if i cant figure something out for you...and since i you joined Sept 07 and this is your first post, welcome to the site

There is a fuse on that circuit. Get under your dash, left side with a test light. If you find a fuse with power on one side only, you have a bad fuse.
