what is the cross symbol stamped next to 413 on my block

I recently was given a great running engine..I cleaned off the block (Its blue..) and on the flat plate on the drivers side behind the water pump is stammped HT 413 + (the + looking like a cross symbol)..any idea what this means and what is the HT stand for?

i remember looking that stuff up recently for my small block. a maltese cross meant oversized lifters or something. just web search casting numbers and engine i.d. codes/bosses and you should come up with meanings. hc was used to identify high compression, hp = high performance. i've never encountered "ht."

Maltese Cross & 'X'- .010" undersize crank journals
