white box gettin hot

hey guys almost ready to start driving the dart the ballast box seems to be hotter than normal im running a hi perf mp coil and a 1/4 ohm ballast resistor in which is all new including the rest of the motor what might be the prob on this

that resistor will burn skin even on a stock unit.

THIS is why that "box" is made out of ceramic !
