Is it worth it?

My old 360 has probably a bazillion miles on the poor thing( odometer stopped working at 42,576 miles with previous owner) but still is pulling 125-130 psi across all 8 cylinders. My question is should I pull the engine and treat it to a real rebuild or let sleeping dogs lay and just pull the heads and do a valve job? This truck aint gonna be a Top Truck Challenge competitor, or a super pull truck, it will just be a truck running around town, hauling me and my quads, and maybe driving me back and forth from stockton CA. What do you guys think?
