Small block books

Here are two books that have helped me when planning/building small block motors. The first one is great if you want to build a motor with some power add ons. The second is very good if you are just looking to rebuild your SB and want to keep it stock.

Ive been looking into stroker kits, and this book was recommended to me more than once. I like it and feel like it has a lot of useful info for people not that experienced with it.

The best build book is what is refered to as the bible and it is Carroll Shelby"s speed secrets.. And that does have the stages and a parts list to build your engine to quartermile time with such and such weight car.. Very smart man and it was dead on.. also gave you step by step instructions...Bill

If you google it, it does come up and is $40 used and its worth every penny...Bill
