440 spark plug wires
 

Any recommendations for plug wires? I have twin 440s on my boat and doing spring tune up to include wires. I have electronic ignition. 8 or 9mm? I'm looking at prices online and it seems prices are all over the place. I don't mind paying some if the person over the counter is telling me the truth and I can compare it with more knowledgable people, like you all.

My 440 currently has custom cut MSD 8.5 mm wires, although I used to run Accel 8 mm with no problems. Both are quality, but I recommend custom cutting your own.

Yep on the Accel 8 mm. And make sure you give up pics of the boat and the motors.

Also check out some Taylor 10 mm wires. I just remembered that I put those on a buddies 520 stroker with a MSD box.

I seriously doubt you'll find any real difference with any of the aftermarket "name brand" wires. I used a lot of them and currently use Accel 8mm.

I'll get to my parts store today and likely get a set of the Accel's.
