65 383 VS 66 383 in Monaco, Same timing chain?

My dad told me story about when he changed the timing chain in this engine many years ago. he asked for a 66 383 timing chain(year of this car) but it did not fit, so he ended up using one for a 65 383? The engine in this car is the original. My dad is the original owner.

when my father went to get the chain, either the 66 chain he was boxed incorrectly or the 65 and 66 were actually different? If they are, I guess it depends on the month and date that my car was put together. This is a Canadian Monaco if that maters.

Is there any difference between the 65 monaco 383 and the 66 monaco 383 in regards to the timing chain?

When I look up timing chains on Some auto parts websites such as Rock auto, for timing chain for a 66 VS a 65 dodge Monaco 383, I get 4 listings for each year, 2 are the same for each year but the other 2 are different for each year. Look at rock auto and see what I mean.

This car is new to me and so are old cars in general. so I'm just doing some research to find out if there is anything to my dads story.

the engine ID on my 383 block is 246813010
tells me it's a 1959-71 383, obviously

thanks in advance for any info. If you need more info, please let me know.
