Finding TDC after new Harmonic balancer install

Any easy way to find TDC after I've installed a new Harmonic Balancer with no tape? I have a Blown 440 with about 600 lift cam & Roller rockers & to find TDC with a Degree wheel with Fully Assembled motor I will need to rotate engine backwards & afraid this will bent my valves any other easy way to find TDC

Thanks

No, rotating a PROPERLY assembled engine won't damage the valves

Use a piston stop. If you need "how" post back. Google it, there are videos and destructions on the net.
