need some help

i have a 67 valiant witht the slant 6. i need some help deciding what to do about the exhaust pipe. at the moment it doesn't have a muffler and is dumped in front of the rear axle. i was wanting to run it out in front of the rear tire, but due to the parking brake cable running down the drivers side i was thinking of the passenger side. would this be acceptible or should i try to find the rear pipe that goes over the axle and run it out under the rear bumper?

i would run it out the back unless you have your heart set on side exhuast. I would also keep the 2 1/4 stock exhaust as well.

i plan on keeping most of the stock exhaust. the issue i have now is that the exhaust pipe ends just under the back seat. and i can't find the rear half of the pipe that goes over the axle. i was thinking as a temp fix if it was possible to run it out the pass side without any major issues. i apperciate your reply on this as i can't seem to figure out how to do this.

no i seen a guy run a 2'' right across the trans and out the side. i would just make sure that you have the pipe a lil past the body to help with drone
