blowing fluid

I have taken a 2wd tf727 and changed the output shaft to make it a 4wd and since i have done this it wont stop blowing fluid out the front somewhere. i thought front pump seal so i changed it. nope that wasnt it so i pulled it and changed the front pump gasket and housing seal. nope that didnt work either. it doesnt leak unless you rev on it. when it pulled it out as a 2wd there was not a thing wrong with it pulled fine and didnt leak. i need help i cant figure it out.

Cant say that I have had that happen.... I would recommend getting a break down and look it over really well and see if you might have missed a gasket or seal.... Keep us posted on what you find...

years ago i was shown a trick on seals. some seals have a spring around the rubber part pulling it into the shaft. the spring has one end smaller. so the other end can fit over the small end. if you take the spring apart and cut some off the the large end. then when you put the spring back to gather it will tighten the rubber down. hopefully helping the leak trouble.

Not overfilled is it?

Fluid level must be checked with engine running in neutral.
