Challenger Brake sinking

Hi

I have a 1970 Challenger with 340.

The car has startet to behave strange when I hold the brakes for red light..

There is no problem when braking, not even if I have to brake hard.

If I wait for red light, after a while the car will start moving forward, and
I have to push the brake harder, after af while the car moving forward again, and I have to push harder, and then the engine turns off.
(Like it uses the wakuum)

The system is not leaking, and booster seems to be okay.

Can anyone tell me where I have to look for the problem?

Regards

Tony

This is a very old problem, and as a "now I'm an old guy" I can chuckle. The master cylinder is worn or rusted internally, and is bypassing past the rubber cups.

The first time I experienced this, was in my 57 Chev in about 1967
